My boyfriend loved pics with scorpions and I love dolphins. In May 09 he was killed and now I want to get a tattoo where the scorpion and dolphin are somehow connected to each other. Any ideas would be great!!

i was thinking of getting a tattoo of an eagle. i searched "eagle tattoos" on google images and found one on the second or first page i really liked. it looked like the eagle was tearing through this guys arm, but instead of blood depicted the ‘flesh’ was red white and blue, like the flag. i cant find it now and theres no way i could recreate it for a tattoo artist. help anyone? thanks.
Hmm… maybe try using a search engine. If you dont find it, hopefully you can find something better. I personally go to deviantart.com for tattoo flash.

if you are looking to have it tattooed on you, i would recommend you go to a reputable, clean tattoo shop with good custom artists and have someone design one for you– especially a place familiar with japanese style tattoo. you don’t want to go get a piece that someone else has already gotten, do you?

If you have to ask people what you should get a tattoo of, then it probably doesn’t warrant enough importance to be on your body for the rest of your life. Don’t the tattoo because all the ‘cool kids’ are getting it is all I’m saying, be original. Originality is hotter than conformity

and yes, I’m Irish, i’d just like to add that fact because I was on here asking about Japanese symbols and someone said it was offensive to get a Japanese symbol tattoo unless your Japanese, and someone else said to get somethung from my own heritage so that’s what i’m trying to do.

I really want to get a tattoo, i have had a design done and everything, i am getting 3 swallows on my shoulder blade or my lower back, but i cant think where, i want the least painfull place possible, cause im a wimp, but i really want this to happen. Help me?
I think the placement on the swallows should be upper back. I’m presuming they will be in flight, so a safe bet is up high. Don’t Don’t DON’T get any of ‘em with a ribbon on ‘em and a name on it! I’ve covered up more of these ‘name ribbons’ than I can count! To answer your question, we only go 1/32" to 2/32" of an inch into the skin… You won’t have a real problem with it, as it’s more annoying than it is actually painful.

I’m currently deployed but coming home to Fort Lewis in August and want to get a sleeve tattoo of an epic battle between angels and demons in a sleeve on my right arm but I don’t know any good places or artist local to the Washington area since I am from Georgia.
